Facility Details

Note:

The indoor batting facility may only be used when Sawmills Parks and Recreation teams or programs are not scheduled.

Departmental teams and activities have scheduling priority at all times.

All rentals are subject to availability and must be approved by the Parks and Recreation Director or their designee.

Payment is processed through the Parks and Recreation billing software and must be completed prior to facility use. Facility access codes will not be provided until payment is received in full.

Cancellations require at least 6 hours’ notice to avoid being charged. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

A coach, parent, or legal guardian must be present at all times during use if any participant is under the age of 18.

Users are responsible for any damage to the facility. Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the responsible party.

Outside organizations may be required to provide proof of liability insurance.

The facility is monitored 24/7 by security cameras for safety and accountability.
